]]>Han Solo frequently goes out by himself and explores the neighborhood, but he always comes back home on time. However, the other day, the dog didn’t return in time, prompting @dammitdemi to embark on a search for him, which she documented on social media.
Thanks to a tracker on his collar, @dammitdemi knew that Han Solo was at the local golf club, one of the places he enjoys visiting, so she went out to get him.
“Too many hours had passed and my mother had begun to worry… So naturally, I put on some walking gear, grabbed the leash and his favourite ball as I took to the golf course! “wrote @dammitdemi in one of the posts.
After arriving to the golf club, @dammitdemi discovered that Han Solo wasn’t there. As it turned out, the tracking app hasn’t been updated in a while. She started searching for the dog and even contacted his veterinarian for advice.
But suddenly, she heard some barking nearby and decided to check it out. At the same time, the app notified her that Han Solo “has been found.” What she so next caught her by surprise.
It turned out that Han Solo was so caught up playing with other dogs that he lost track of time.
@dammitdemi ended up putting Han Solo on a leash, but he still allowed him to play with his friends for a bit longer before taking him home.
She promised that he would get to see them again, but this time under supervision.

Morrison regularly shares his doggy school bus rides on social media, and they are a joy to watch.
The dogs don’t just get a fun ride and exciting time in the park. Morrison makes sure to make every dog feel special by celebrating their birthdays and rewarding them with treats for good behavior.
“My clients always telling me that they’re so happy the dogs are on the bus they noticed that their dog is more outgoing after coming on the bus a couple times and they’re really happy to see the bus,” says Morrison.

As you might have guessed, Freya’s attempt to cuddle melted the hearts of other TikTok users, who called it “adorable” and “sweetest.” And it turns out that this awkward form of cuddling isn’t all that uncommon.

The family took large sheets of aluminum foil and taped them on the kitchen floor. They then invited each of their dogs to walk across it.
Most of the canines were puzzled by the shiny and squeaky surface, while some couldn’t believe that their humans put time and effort into such shenanigans. For example, a husky named Cinnamon gave its humans an “Are you serious?” look but still ended up humoring them. On the other hand, Bridget and Turko didn’t even flinch and casually made their way across.

]]>In late January, the staff of ARL received a surprising notification that someone rang a doorbell at their facility at 1:30 AM. Checking out the camera, one staffer noticed a familiar dog standing in front and waiting to get in. It was a rescue pupper named Bailey, who was adopted just one month earlier by a local family.
Speaking through the doorbell camera app, the staffer shouted “Bailey,” and the dog immediately looked at the camera, confirming her identity. The staffer then made her way to the shelter and found Bailey sitting tight.
It turned out that Bailey was scared away by something while walking with her new owner and ran away. She then decided to make a 10-mile trip to her former home, returning to the place where she always felt safe.
After taking in Bailey, the ARL staff provided the dog with food and water to help her recoup energy from the exhausting trek. She was reunited with her owner, who never stopped looking for her, and brought back to her new home the next morning.
“She knew exactly where to go,” ARL founder Loretta Hyde later told The Dodo. “Dogs are smarter than we give them credit for.”

From the moment you lie down to when you wake up, your brain is going through a lot of activities. You can have beautiful dreams of awful nightmares. The dreaming mostly occurs during the phase of rapid eye movement (REM) sleep, which is only 1/4 of your total night’s sleep. REM sleep occurs in cycles, 20-90 minutes throughout the night.
Your dog has the same sleeping cycles that you have and his REM sleep can be associated with the rapid movement of their eyes. Not only that, a research at Harvard University has shown that your dog is most likely having dreams connected to you. Our dogs are most likely dreaming of us, their owners and best friend.
